Sales associate

Farra Design Center is looking for highly motivated sales associates. The store has always maintained very high customer service standards and is continuously up-to date with the latest worldwide design trends; to maintain this competitive advantage, we require that job applicants share our vision for impeccable customer service.

Requirements:

• • University graduate
  • Background in sales, preferably in interior decorating or furniture sales
  • Exceptional customer service: Welcoming attitude towards showroom visitors and talent to serve their particular home furnishing needs
  • Ability to keep the showroom furniture optimized for sales. Regularly verify that products are well displayed, the sales area is tidy, fully furnished and all products are correctly priced.
  • Maintain an excellent and up-to-date knowledge of all products
  • Awareness of the latest in-store promotions, such as latest discounts, credit facilities, activities etc.
  • Respect company rules and guidelines and all instructions provided by the management

Skills:

• • Spoken Arabic, good spoken and written French and English
  • Very good and professional communication skills with customers
  • Clear understanding of clients' requirements and needs
  • Computer literacy. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends in furniture and interior design.

Interior Architect

Farra Design Center is hiring highly motivated interior architects and interior designers. We're looking for exceptionally creative talents who should be able to answer customer needs and transfer the information into a drawing. The store has always maintained very high customer service standards and is continuously up-to date with the latest worldwide design trends; to maintain this competitive advantage, we require that job applicants share our vision for impeccable customer service.

Requirements:

• • University/Technique graduate, preferably interior architect / interior designer
  • Ability for sales: Very good and professional communication skills with customers
  • Fluency with Autocad 2D and Photoshop. Knowledge of Autocad 3D & 3Dmax is a plus

Skills:

• • Spoken Arabic, very good spoken and written French and English
  • Very good and professional communication skills with customers
  • Very creative talent
  • Clear understanding of clients’ requirements and needs
  • Computer literacy. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Maintain an excellent and up-to-date knowledge of all products
  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends in furniture and interior design
  • Experience in design is a plus, but not essential
