The information we collect and use is to communicate about our products, services and promotions. We apply different methods to collect customer information to provide a better shopping experience. We collect two types of information; personally identifiable information and aggregated information. The personally identifiable information is used to deliver targeted promotions to our customers. The information we collect from customers help us learn about their product preferences, reasons of purchase, personal needs and shopping preferences. Catalogue

Customers may request a copy of Farra Design Center catalogue. We collect basic information to fulfill the request; in such case, we ask for the name, address, phone number and email address.
