At Farra Design Center, we present and deliver quality merchandise . Our products are guaranteed for material, delivery and workmanship quality. If, after careful installation and proper care, there is a fabrication or manufacture defect with an item, please call our customer service department to report the inconvenience.
If the demand is reasonable, accurate and done in good faith, Farra Design Center can repair or replace the item. If the demand is deemed unreasonable, repair cost, labour cost and restocking fees may apply. Farra Design Center reserves the right to repair, exchange or return items at its sole discretion.

You can cancel an order at any time. If the order has already been shipped, delivery charges and shipping & handling fees will not be reimbursed.
Our customers should be satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, a customer might not be pleased with his purchase, we invite him to contact us directly at +961-1-687000.
We accept returns and refunds for unused items in their original packaging, with the original receipt (or packing slip) within 15 days. To be eligible for exchange or reimbursement, the product needs to be returned directly at the store. Farra Design Center will not assume delivery charges for items returned by delivery couriers. We cannot accept returns on cut fabric, custom orders, used bedding or products that have been altered.
