Package & parcel shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Lebanese and international mail & parcel delivery services with drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Additional delivery information

Orders are currently being delivered in Lebanon only.

Orders are delivered using Lebanon and international mail & parcel delivery services. The most common ones we use are United Couriers Services (UPS/UCS), LibanPost, Aramex, Fedex, TNT, DHL, SkyNet and Top Speed. We also deliver goods using our private Farra shipping trucks and accept pickup in store. The shipping method will be chosen at Farra own's discretion to insure faster delivery, lower shipping costs and depend on the region being serviced.

You can cancel an order at any time. If the order has already been shipped, delivery charges and shipping & handling fees will not be reimbursed.

Customers can change their delivery address in their online account at any time. Changing a delivery address on Farra website only changes the address for orders done on Farra website. To change an address for an order done in store, please contact directly our customer service.
